Can a non-Chinese speaker find a good job in Beijing and Shanghai?

I have heard that good job opportunity exist in China plus the Chinese people are very nice and the country is
very beautiful. I am planning to move there for some time. Although I have heard that foreigners in China who
can speak Chinese are able to earn good money but my problem is that would I be able to find a decent job so
that I am able to meet my living expenses?
