Our Best Friend, Alex
He was a wonderful friend and companion and a large part of our lives. Alex loved everyone furry or human. His favorite things beside furry and human friends were: walks and mornings at Doggie Park with his neighborhood buddies

treats
chasing sticks
Gregorian Chants and Celtic Music -- in fact Alex liked many musical venues, he inherited these genes from Bill- his musical parent
Alex was always the gentleman -- and for those of us who were blessed to share his life we knew he was a loving, sweet fur baby --- while truthfully I was most blessed as Alex adopted me as his special person -- although this special connection is forever - I will miss him.
To Bill, Alex was daddy's boy and the two enjoyed their morning outings to Doggie Park and nightly treat fests.
I know Alex's spirit is with all those he loved and who had a share in his life -- Alex loved every one of us and each of us had a special place in his heart and in his spirit.
Alex will always be a part of our lives -- all he taught us- all the love he shared so freely -- all the smiles and laughs and joy he gave us -- these are just a few the gifts we received from our special Airedale, Alex. Alex left us with a treasure chest of beautiful, sweet and funny memories including the quirks and idiosyncrasies that were a part of Alex.
May these words due justice to Alex's life and spirit

10/31/2006- Happy Halloween I know you were with me as the children came to the door you loved their pets. Today is also the second month anniversary since you went to the Bridge - I miss you so - if only one more walk-one rub-one more treat

Hi Alex I just stopped by to tell you how much miss you.
